Video Games
I've been playing video games since I was little. Chun-li and Jill Valentine were my childhood heroes, seriously. lol. So I have quite a few shrines and tributes here. With more in the works, so check them out.
Sexy Beam (Jessica)
When i first got Dragon Quest VIII for Christmas from my parents i was horrified. I had never heard of Dragon Quest and it wasn't what i had asked for. However as i looked over the cover i saw that trusty "Square Enix" logo in the corner so i figured it had to have been a recommendation from my brother. It also came with a demo of FF12! XD Anyways, as i played it i slowly fell in love with it, especially the only female protagonist Jessica. She was fiery, independent, a woman in a man's world. Her interactions with Angelo made me giggle to no end. I decided a tribute was in order. I admit its very lack luster at the moment, it has been since i made it in 2007 ^^; I had a second play though going to get info and stuff but this was one of the project thats kinda slipped between the cracks. |

Sweet Harmony (Xianghua)
Aside from Street Fighter, i might just have to say that Soul Calibur is my 2nd favorite fighting game series...ever. I've adored it since it first game out on the Playstation 1 and when Xianghua was first introduced in Soul Calibur i loved her. Her personality, her fighting style, everything just worked for me. When i first started on Sweet Harmony in 2005 I was a little discouraged. I believe SC3 had just come out and everyone was making a Xianghua tribute ^^;. Nowadays i'm not seeing many SC tributes which makes me sad but I intend to give Sweet Harmony the proper make over sometime this year. I now have access to Soul Calibur IV so an update is in order. |

Kremlin Dusk (Tira)
I love a lot of the female characters from the Soul Calibur series, however I think out of the new generation of characters Tira is my favorite. Her color scheme was just odd...her weapon odd...her personality was...off. She just intrigued me. So I started making a tribute to her, around the same time Airi wanted to adopt her Tira fanlisting out so i gladly applied. So happy I got it! Kremlin Dusk is in need of a big update since I now finally have access to Soul Calibur IV. I very much look forward to it since Tira seems more complex then ever, i'm also digging the new look. I hope to do that sometime this year alongside Sweet Harmony. |

Banshee Queen (Sylvanas Windrunner)
I remember seeing this fanlisting being removed from TFL.org and going "omg my wow idol"! So I applied and got it. When I first started playing WoW back in September of 2006 I never really played Horde. I just thought they were ugly races (I'm vain in WoW) however i quickly changed my faction. As Horde characters I bumped into Sylvanas in the Undercity and just fell in love, I love the idea of a female ruler and i loved how she looked. So i read up on her and liked her more. With her new model and quests in Lich King, my Sylvanas fangirl meter went way past the highest point. lol. If that makes any sense. Her race, its so tragic. She just seems like a very complex character to me. I must add though, the new model of Sylvanas in Lich King? Fucking awesome. |

Aura (Marle)
I fully admit the first time i played Chrono Trigger, it was on an emulator. It was 2005 or so and the Nintendo DS release wasn't even announced then. I had wanted to play it badly so there was, spending hours on the computer. I eventually came to love Marle. Her personality was just awesome and i have a thing for bows/crossbows. XD I had seen this fanlisting was put up for adoption...by Airi i think. I think i submitted an adoption form but was too late, it was just closed. So i applied for it. Aura was supposed to be tribute at some point but it kinda got put on the back burner. Its in need of a visual revamp too. ^^; |

Nippon Ichi (Shiranui Mai)
At first I didn't like her and I even admit that I've never really played any King of Fighter games. However, after playing Capcom vs. SNK 2 for quite a bit, I soon fell in love with her quirky personality. She has revealing clothes and says things that sounds like "Me Bouncy!" as her boobs jiggle. As a female gamer, stuff like that annoyed me. But I got over it, saw how funny she was and I loved her fighting style to boot. Very original for her time and I believe she still is. Plus you have to admit, the whole Mai Vs. Chun-li scenes, etc. is just too damn funny. This fanlisting is one of the few to receive a visual revamp since being made. |

Kikouken (Chun-li)
Oh god where do i begin? It's freakin' Chun-li! I was so so so happy to get this fanlisting. Chun-li is my idol...and my favorite female video game character....EVER. She did a lot for the fighting game world and games in general in terms of female characters. Chun-li had a unique look for the time, which many companies tried to copy. Her personality and story were awesoem to boot. The fanlisting is very old and oudated looking in terms of graphics. I had a matching layout with my mai fanlisting but my computer crashed before i could put it up. |

Pint Sized Hero (Mario)
Mario of Super Mario Brothers. We always had a love/hate relationship depending on how well i was doing in the games. lol. All in all though, I love that little Italian Plumber. Extremely famous and his games were fun. This was one of my wishlist fanlistings and i'm surprised i got it early on. Kallie had it up for adoption and I applied, i really didn't think i would get it. Alongside other VG fanlistings i own, this is new of a visual revamp. |
