Her Lament
With the fall of the High Elves and many choosing the side and name "Blood Elf" (Sin'dorei). The Lament of the Highborne came about as their song. Much like a country's national athem, this sorrowful and stunning song acts as an anthem for the Blood Elf race. Through its lyrics and sorrowful sound you feel and hear the struggle of their formal race. The song can often be heard playing in bits of pieces of background music used for the Blood Elf areas: mainly towns, taverns and in the general Eversong Woods area. The actual song, can be heard ingame when Lady Sylvanas sings it out of sorrow for her older sister Alleria. She summons sweet sounding banshees (High Lementers) to sing alongside her. It is perhaps the only time players see Sylvanas's soft and emotional side. In order for her to sing you have to present her with her locket, which was given to her by Alleria but was lost in the Ghostlands. You can find it at Windrunner Spire off of a Banshee.
Highborne Lement
Here are the lyrics for the song. After Lady Sylvanas sings the song you can talk to Ambassador Sunsorrow and get a book of the lyrics.
