For the longest time I had always thought about random bloopers and minor details seen in various series. The first incarnation of Himitsu ("Secret" in Japanese) focused on Anime and Video games actually. However over time i noticed most of my bloopers, etc were of my favorite anime series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. I went back and forth on the idea since i knew Betty Ann of The Oracle had started a similar section. In the end, I ended up making it and here it is. It is no where near complete, I admit i haven't worked on it in ages. Most of my notes were lost in a computer crash April of 2008. However I hope to slowly add more to it in the future. So stay tuned.

In my first time of reading the Sailor Moon manga, I had volumes out of order. I didn't fully understand the story line however these two characters instantly caught my attention. Even though they were only around briefly they were one of the few manga villains that weren't really "villains". I suppose thats the best way to describe them. If anything i think they made some of the most realistic choices anyone has made in the series lol. Either way. I was saddened when i finally watched Sailor Stars and they were nowhere to be seen. Granted most seasons only have 4 lesser villains but still :( The tribute is small and for the most part complete, but it needs a visual revamp.

I'm not really sure why but I always had a tendency to like direct "villains" of Sailor Mars. I really adore Cooan for sometimes even reasons i'm unsure of. When i first watched the final stand off between Mars and Cooan i was almost in tears as a kid. Cooan was full of deep emotion and my heart broke for her in terms of Rubeus. Sure she looked a little funny attire wise but i felt her personality was somehow golden. A nice woman, perhaps a little naive when it came to love, and protective of her family. I haven't read much of the R manga arc but I hope to. Eventually i would like to turn this humble fanlisting into a tribute site for her.

I had read the Stars manga before ever seeing an episode of the anime season. I remember seeing the scene where Sailor Lead Crow shows up at T&A academy. I was blown away. I remember loving Siren's look in the manga but Crow's made me even more excited. Her design to me was just so beautiful, her wings and facial expression in particular. In the anime, i grew more attached to her, especially her relationship with Siren. In a way it reminded me of Moon & Mars (although Siren is way more spacey). This is still just a fanlisting but I hope to make it a tribute someday.

I'm sure everyone knows by now my favorite anime series by far is Sailor Moon. lol. One of the other reasons i love the series is its music. While i'm a huge fan of pretty much any Mars or Venus song, i'd have to say this one really stuck to me. You hear it the most in the series in relation to Venus and it reminds me of her situation the most. All in all i just find it catchy and i'm a huge fan of Fukami Rica.

Growing up I remember watching the dubs of digimon on Fox early saturday mornings. While i watched it, i wasn't always keen of it. My opinion didn't change till i saw the third season Digimon Tamers. It just seemed more mature somehow, and i liked Ruki a lot. She seemed tomboyish, but she was blunt and a somewhat cynical person. Alongside her was her digimon partner Renamon. Renamon just struck me as beautiful, she was serious and caring. I really loved the relationship the two of them developed. I think Renamon is the only digimon i would ever love this much lol.

Fushigi Yuugi I think is one of the first manga series ever started reading aside from Sailor Moon. Granted volumes out of order, etc but I have to say Soi blew me away. Her background is rather tragic, i guess in a way her entire life is tragic. She loves and looks up to Nakago and never gets a reaction really from him. She is beautiful, and a powerful woman in a mostly male world. She is also one of the few female celestial warriors in the series. She will always have a special place in my heart and I hope to make this a tribute someday.

I think to this day the dub of Gunsmith Cats is probably one of the best i've seen. Probably because i watched the Japanese version recently and realized the script was almost the same line for line. While i had made this fanlisting with the OVA in mind I really want to dive into the manga eventually. Named after where it takes place, the script and overall feel of the OVA proves that the animators, etc. did their research of the area. The characters are funny and memorable and loved the story line for it. I really want this to be a tribute to the ova and manga series someday seeing that this is no longer an "official" AFL.org fanlisting. "I'm a real Elliot Ness Pussycat"

SOS is a one volume manga with at least three stories in it. The main focus of it is one called "SOS" though. Its a rather nice and cute story with an interesting premise. I'm sad it couldn't go on longer. The fanlisting for this series didn't live for long sadly. I don't think many have really heard of it =/. So while its no longer an official TAFL.org fanlisting I'm keeping it up with the hopes of turning it into a fansite of some sort.
